Strength and conditioning are essential for baseball and softball players of all ages. A well-designed program not only improves performance on the field but also helps prevent injuries, enhances speed, power and agility and builds confidence.
There are many misconceptions about young athletes lifting weights or training hard, but when done correctly, S&C is safe, effective, and critical for
long-term athletic development.
Our program offers structured, one-hour sessions every day from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM, designed by age group:

All sessions are led by Coach Gianmarco Marcelletti, a former college baseball player with ISSA certifications and over five years of experience training athletes, including college and MLB players, as well as softball players. Our program focuses on proper technique, progressive development and sport-specific strength to help each athlete reach their full potential.
