What is Ballplex?
We are a 6,000 sqft indoor facility, LOCATED IN MELBOURNE, FLORIDA, offering Baseball & Softball lessons and cage rentals. You can rather book a lesson with one of our COACHES or rent a cage for your own usage. We’d like to be seen as a place where kids and youth can begin or improve their path as baseball & softball players.
Are equipments provided?
YES, WE HAVE HACK ATTACK BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PITCHING MACHINES (manually feeded), BATTING TEES, BALLS, L-SCREENS, HOME PLATE MATS AVAILABLE FOR RENTALS.

ARE THE COACHES FORMER PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS AND HAVE COACHING EXPERIENCE?
ALL OF OUR COACHES PLAYED PROFESSIONAL, REACHING AT LEAST A D1 LEVEL AS PLAYERS. ALSO ALL OF THEM HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PLAYER DEVELOPMENT.
HOW CAN I CHECK COACHES AVAILABILITY?
YOU CAN ACCESS OUR BOOKINGS SITE BY CLICKING "BOOK NOW" IN THE MENU. IF COACHES HAVE NO AVAILABILITY, YOU CAN SEND AN EMAIL, TEXT OR GIVE US CALL TO ADD THE PLAYER IN THE WAITING LIST. WE WOULD NEED SOME INFO LIKE PLAYER AND PARENT NAMES, EMAIL ADDRESS, PLAYER'S AGE AND POSITions.
Can i rent more than 2 cages?
yes, just give us a call or send an email. we usually have more availability on weekends for multiple hours-cages rentals.
Can i book a cage rental for the next hour?
We've scheduled certain lead time for booking the cages. Reservations including pitching machines or equipment need to be made 4-6 hours in advance, while rentals for just the cage can be done with 2 hours of anticipation. In any case, if you need to rent with less notice, give us a call.
Can I book a cage rental for next month?
the booking site allows you to book cage rentals for the following 15 days. if you want to book after that time frame, please call, text or email us.
whats the cancellation policy on lessons or cage rentals?
Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the booking time for a full refund.
how can i pay for my lessons or cage rentals?
you can add a credit card in your profile in our booking site. you can also pay through zelle or venmo.
How can i check my recipts?
login into your ballplex account in the swift booking site (book now in our menu) and check your activity and payments.
